Refund policy
RETURNS:
SEAMS Apparel accepts unworn, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that was shipped to a U.S. address for STORE CREDIT. We have a 15-day return policy from the date your order was shipped. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. You will need proof of your receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopseamsapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive instructions. Your return date will be considered the date you send the initial return inquiry. You will receive an emailed E-Gift Card once we have received your returned item.
If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must report defective merchandise within 3 days of receiving.
